Mindful Mondays at The Working Capitol
Amy found yoga in 2008. In the first 2 months of her yoga journey, she discovered how her physical and emotional well-being was transformed, as she found peace through her practice.
She believes that a strong foundational practice is important, in order to grow. Doing, and sharing yoga has become an opportunity to learn, more deeply about the self, and of others.
From experiencing the changes in her journey, Amy is deeply inspired to share the benefits of yoga with others, inside and out.
Come join Amy for a Hatha Flow class on Monday 25th May, to start the week on the right foot. There will be a mix of postures, breath work, and meditation in this 60 min class. Class will start at 12.15 PM.
Please Bring Your Own Mat. The Working Capitol has showers but you will need to bring your own towel and soaps.
Amy has a 200 hour hatha yoga teacher training from Yoga Vidya Gurukul (India, 2010), and having attended workshops and master classes with esteemed teachers like Sri Dhamma Mitra, Jason Crandell, Andrei Ram, Carlos Pomeda, Simon Park, Les Levanthal, Sianna Sherman.
